Allie Schiele

Allie Schiele is a legal fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute. Before joining the Knight Institute, she was a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Schiele holds a B.A. in political science and criminal justice from Seattle University and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, she interned with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, ACLU National Security Project, and Americans United for Separation of Church and State. Schiele also served as a research assistant for GW’s Ethical Tech Initiative and as a notes editor on The George Washington Law Review.
