Knight Institute Senior Staff Attorney Carrie DeCell, in an appearance today on “Democracy Now!,” discussed the Institute’s recent lawsuit brought on behalf of 15 members of El Faro against spyware manufacturer NSO Group. The lawsuit is the first filed by journalists against NSO Group in U.S. courts. She was joined on the program by plaintiff Roman Gressier. Watch the segment below.
