Statutory Restrictions on the PLO's Washington Office
The Anti-Terrorism Act of 1987 may not constitutionally bar the Palestine Liberation Organization from maintaining its Washington, D.C. office and undertaking diplomatic activities the Secretary of State wishes to authorize. The OLC does not provide release dates for its opinions, so the release date listed is the date on which the opinion was authored.
